Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach Chris Ferrari reports the following season awards for the varsity lacrosse team:

Looking back over the season, the Pilots were tested early, playing the #1 and #3 ranked teams within the first three games. While coming out on the short end, the lessons proved valuable as they went on to win some big games – including OT wins against UD Jesuit and Novi, and a 1-goal victory over Birmingham – which avenged a 1-goal loss last year.
The young Pilots moved into the playoffs to again face Grosse Pointe North, who tested them during a spirited 9-7 victory for DLS during the regular season. In the Regional Semifinal, the Pilots found themselves in an early hole, down 4-0 at the end of the first quarter.
But they fought hard to come back and win, advancing to the Regional Final against #1 seeded OL St. Mary's. Down 6-5 after 3 quarters, the Pilots couldn't quite finish the comeback against the Eaglets, but did achieve their 5th consecutive Regional Final.
Coach Ferrari's assistant coach was Jason Gratson, DLS '99. Student managers were Daniel Fioritto and Kohl Davilla.
Co-captains were Jamie Kehoe, Andrew Khalil, Joe Shermetaro.
The final record was 10 - 8 (1 - 3).
