Three Tie in Airplane Contest

makerspace airplanesSenior Michael Lipinski, Junior Russell Hu, and Senior Mac Pellerito are the winners of our first MakerSpace competition. All week all the boys showed determination and creativity in designing, building, and throwing Paper Airplanes in the DRC. The winning throws were measured at around 55 feet!

MakerSpace is an area in the DLS DRC for students to design, build, experiment, and invent. Students work on materials at their own pace and on their own time. They access the space during their open mods, or before and after school.
