Physical Education

Physical Education provides instruction in team and individual sports as well as fitness issues.

Basic rules, skills, and game play will be introduced. Activities include, but are not limited to, touch-football, soccer, floor hockey, basketball, pickleball, speedball, softball and weight training.  The lifetime sport model is employed by the department, emphasizing exposure to as many sports as possible with the intent of promoting fitness for life.
