Arbiter Registration

ARBITER - online forms management
All families with students who play sports MUST create an account with Arbiter, and go through the registration process. Please (re)submit your physical, and complete all the waivers and agreements. You only need to complete this once, and it will carry over year after year.

De La Salle has partnered with Arbiter, an online forms and data management service. Arbiter allows parents to complete and sign athletic participation forms for their son online. The most exciting news is that Arbiter saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice!  Parents will review information once per school year to verify information is current and sign the forms.

We have simplified the registration process, and all waivers are now signed digitally! Please be sure to follow these steps to complete your registration and ensure that your student is registered for athletic participation:

1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family)

You may create your account by clicking here. Do not check the box to create a new organization.

2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account from the activation link that will be automatically sent to your
email. (Note: This email may go into your junk folder). If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging into it,
you may contact support at 800-311-4060.

3. Once you have successfully created your account and are logged in, please click HERE to complete your registration:

4. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification to let you know we have received your registration. Students MUST be registered and cleared to be eligible for participation.
