Brother Joe Welcome

Founded in 1926 by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, De La Salle Collegiate continues to empower boys to become strong, courageous, compassionate, faith-filled young men. Following in the footsteps of Saint John Baptist de La Salle, we believe De La Salle Collegiate is an institution filled with inspiration and innovation where all young men are able to find their full potential to become engaged stewards ready to succeed in a changing world.

Our community of scholars, artists, athletes, faculty, parents, and alumni flourishes within an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding. Beyond the classroom, fields, and stage, De La Salle’s young men are involved in service and campus ministry programs that allow them to develop a deeper sense of spirituality and purpose.

As a Catholic community and an International Baccalaureate campus, De La Salle continues the Lasallian mission by providing innovative, 21st century learning that is forward thinking, future seeking, and globally focused. Our International Baccalaureate classrooms are student-centered and promote collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. At De La Salle, we are making connections, exploring relationships between disciplines, and connecting learning to the outside world. This International Baccalaureate approach moves beyond student memorization to engagement and action. Quite simply, our students are changing the world.

We are proud of our De La Salle community and all it does to support and empower each student. I encourage you to browse our website and visit our school. Experience for yourself our world-class learning environments and the strength of a De La Salle education. And remember, it’s more than four years. It’s forever!
