Congratulations to seniors Nathan Troszak and Colin Koss, both winners of the 2022 Christian Financial Credit Union scholarship. Both students were in the 2021-2022 Honors Banking Class.
To be eligible for the $500 scholarship, awarded only to seniors, a student must have been in the Banking class, and had outstanding classroom participation and grades. The students trained at the CFCU headquarters for two weeks during the summer of 2021, and then worked at CFCU branches near their homes.
Nathan is headed to Michigan State University, where he plans to study Electrical Engineering. He played football and lacrosse, and is a member of the National Honor Society. Nathan was also a member of the DLS Link Crew.
He lives in Sterling Heights with his parents Scott and Pamela Troszak.
Colin Koss is headed to Oakland University, with plans to transfer to Michigan State University in January 2023. He plans to major in Finance. Colin participated in the Stock Market Club, and also played football. His older brothers are alumni Griffin, ‘18, and Ryan, ‘20.
He lives in Macomb Township with his parents, R.J. ‘88, and Carolyn Koss.
