December Clothing Drive to Benefit Pope Francis Center

The De La Salle Collegiate Campus Ministry Department is conducting a charity drive the week of December 2 - 6, 2024, to benefit the Pope Francis Center in Detroit.

Senior Charlie Driscoll and Junior Glenn Acre are leading the efforts to collect hygiene items and clothing.

The two have set up a competition for advisory classes to earn points for the various items requested by the Pope Francis Center staff. Charlie and Glenn have recruited students to assist with the item pick up each day that week at the end of the second advisory period.

The winning advisory room will earn a pizza party, and any advisory reaching 100 points will earn a future dress-down day.

Advisory rooms can also earn points with online credit or debit card donations, due by December 3.  Link to donate
