Earlier this evening, we received a follow up from our earlier communication. We have subsequently learned that one of our varsity soccer coaches has also tested positive for COVID-19. This coach has not been in the school building and is not connected to our previous COVID-19 positive case. Per protocols, we have re-engaged with the Macomb County Health Department and the Archdiocese of Detroit to report this development. 

Out of an abundance of caution, the players and staff working directly with this coach will be required to stay at home on Thursday, October 15, and Friday, October 16 while the County fully investigates and provides our administration and medical personnel with further instruction. The school still does remain open on Thursday, October 15, 2020. We will continue to update you with more information as it becomes available.

Your son’s health is our top priority. We will keep you updated with any information that we receive. Please know that our school has followed all safety guidelines and will continue to do so.
