Generous alumni fund scholarships
Peyton Ross

In 2015, De La Salle Collegiate Alumni Gregory M. DeMars, ‘00, and Dr. Peter Cracchiolo, ‘03, along with Cracchiolo’s younger brothers, Matthew, ‘05, Andrew, ‘07, and Mark, ‘10, established the The Peter and Connie Cracchiolo Endowed Scholarship Fund at De La Salle to provide scholarships for qualified De La Salle students.

Speaking to the recipients and their families during a gathering at De La Salle on Friday, October 1, Dr. Cracchiolo talked about his late grandfather, Peter J. Cracchiolo, who dropped out of school to support his family. Upon his death in 2015, at the age of 98, Dr. Cracchiolo and DeMars decided to establish the fund in his memory.

Students are selected for the faith-based scholarship for their academic achievements and involvement in extracurricular activities.
