In-Person Learning is Suspended

WARREN, Mich. – Today, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer suspended in-person learning at all K-12 schools for the rest of the academic year.

The executive order closes all K-12 school buildings unless the restrictions are lifted.

De La Salle Collegiate remains committed to providing quality distance learning for its students into May. Principal Nate Maus will announce details later.

According to state officials, all standardized tests previously scheduled for the remainder of the school year, including M-STEP and the SAT, will be canceled. There will be a date in October for rising senior high school seniors to take the SAT and for other high school students to take the PSAT, officials said.
