Congratulations to Malcolm Richardson, the Valedictorian of the Class of 2026, and to Curtis Yaek, the class Salutatorian.
The two students have the highest grade point averages in their class and are both graduating summa cum laude.
Malcolm will be attending Carleton College in Minnesota and plans to major in Mathematics. He has taken Advanced Placement (AP) Calculus BC and AP Statistics.
He chose Carleton because he likes the community and will be running cross-country and track there.
Malcolm’s parents are James and Jenny Richardson, and they attend Our Lady Queen of Martyrs (Beverly Hills).
Curtis will be attending the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and plans to major in Nuclear Engineering
He lives in Richmond, with his parents, Jonathan and Jennifer. His older brother Derek graduated from DLS in 2024. They are parishioners at St. Augustine (Richmond).
