CHRISTIAN SERVICE
THINK SPRING: Is your Pilot interested in spending part of his Spring break in Appalachia? This year’s Alternative Spring Break is April 13-18. It’s open to all students 16 years or older. Last year’s trip was amazing: meeting locals, living simply, working hard and making new connections with students around the country.

ADOPT-A-FAMILY: Our Christmas service project has ended on a high note. Families picked up their food baskets and gifts on Friday. Thank you to all De La Salle families, and especially the advisory teachers who made this Christmas a merry one for local families.

Thanks to everyone who donated non-perishable items for the holiday food drive. The drive to help those less fortunate in our community will be an ongoing initiative at all dads club meetings. … Volunteers are needed to work security and concessions at this month’s home basketball games (Dec. 17 and Dec. 20). Please contact Uly Hernandez if you can assist.
