Nearly 35 members of the DLS Pilot Bar Association met on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, for their Annual Meeting at Da Francesca’s Restaurant in Shelby Township, MI

Mark Switalski, a current parent, and member of the group, spoke on ADR, Alternative Dispute Resolutions

“We had a great turnout, and the Pilot Bar group has a clear focus on what they want to achieve this year,” said Dennis Koch, ‘94, Director of Alumni Relations. “I cannot say enough good things about these guys They are so involved, they care so much, and they are always willing to help out De La Salle. They want to help current students and young alumni - they have a ‘Pay It Forward” mentality. They are grateful for the opportunities they were given and want to give others the same opportunities. 

Tim Orlando, past parent, is the group’s current President; Orlando is a partner at Aloia and Associates. His sons are Alex, ‘09, and Nick, ‘12.
