Day of Service
Friday, September 26, 2025!
Let us remember, we are in the Holy Presence of God. ... In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
This is a day that all of De La Salle Collegiate, students, faculty and staff join in a Day of Service around the community.
Dress Code: Purple and Gold Day! All students should wear a DLS shirt and sneakers or work shoes that day.
Bring: a disposable water bottle and a positive attitude
Timing: Start the day AT SCHOOL with an ALL SCHOOL MASS starting at 7:50 am. Students will then head to their worksites for the day of service.
Transportation:
Underclassmen will be bussed to their sites and return to school approximately 12:30 pm.
Upperclassmen are responsible for their own transportation and will be released from their site at Noon.
ATTENDANCE WILL BE TAKEN AT THE START OF MASS and AT EACH LOCATION.
Athletes: Reminder, you must attend the entire school day, which includes the mass, in order to be eligible to participate in athletic practices or games scheduled for that weekend.
Locations will be assigned by Advisory groups and will find out more about their individual location in Advisory on Monday, September 22
