COLLEGE ACCEPTANCE LETTERS & SCHOLARSHIP LETTERS: As your sons begin to receive their acceptance letters and scholarship award please send a copy to Andrew Campbell in the Counseling Office. The school uses this important data to assist and inform families as to where students were accepted and what types of scholarships are available.

FINAL TRANSCRIPTS: Before graduation, you must log into your Parchment.com account and request delivery of your final De La Salle transcript with proof of graduation. This final transcript must be sent to the school you plan on attending next fall. Please meet with your counselor prior to graduation to confirm this has been completed..

SUMMER SCHOOL: Seniors who fail academic subjects may participate in commencement exercises, but do not receive their diploma. Students must attend summer school if they fail a course. The counselors will contact parents directly regarding summer school placement.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS: All financial obligations must be satisfied prior to Friday, May 2nd. This includes tuition, returning athletic equipment, music or drama items, and other fees owed to the school. Contact Jane Bertelsen with questions.

GRADUATION: Seniors are being asked to complete this google form during advisory periods on Mondays March 24th and 31st to ensure the proper pronunciation of the names of graduates at the commencement ceremony in May. The completion of the form is due by Wednesday, April 2, 2025. Parents can help by asking their son if he has completed the form or by providing assistance in submitting the requested information.

Graduation Info

CAPS AND GOWNS: Students were measured for their caps and gowns at orientation. Caps and gowns will be distributed at graduation practice. Seniors may keep the caps and gowns.
BACCALAUREATE MASS/GRADUATION: The Baccalaureate Mass will be held on Saturday, May 17th at 1:00 p.m. The doors will open for mass @ noon and tickets are not required to attend.The Mass will be held at St. Isidore’s Church and will be immediately followed by the graduation ceremony. The address of the church is 18201 23 Mile Rd., Macomb, MI. The graduation ceremony will be held at Grace Church at 3:30 p.m. The address for the church is 33801 Van Dyke, Sterling Heights, MI. Tickets are required for admission; graduates do not need a ticket. Each family will receive a total of 8 tickets. The church for graduation will be opened for parents and families starting at 2:45 p.m. Please note this time because seating is not reserved. Graduates must leave at the end of mass and head over to the church.
GRADUATION ATTIRE: All graduates must wear a white shirt and tie (no sport coat), dark dress pants, dark socks, and dress shoes. All graduates must be clean-shaven and have their hair consistent with school guidelines. Graduates who do not have appropriate haircuts WILL NOT receive their caps and gowns at graduation practice.
MANDATORY-GRADUATION PRACTICE: Practice will be held on Friday, May 16 at 9 am (**new time**) at Grace Church. All Graduates MUST ATTEND. Students MUST be in dress code.

Senior All-Night Party

SENIOR ALL NIGHT PARTY INFO: HERE

Preparations are underway for the Class of 2025 Senior All-Night Party, which is scheduled for 11:00pm on Sunday, May 18, 2025 to 5:00am on Monday, May 19, 2025. The location for this year’s party is at Total Sports (40501 Production Dr, Harrison Twp, MI 48045).

The Early-Bird Fee is $50 until March 14.
From March 15-April 28, the registration fee will be increased to $60.
The deadline to register is April 28.
Tickets will not be available at the door.
We will not accept any late entries after this deadline. No exceptions!

We have had many inquiries about how parents, family members, friends, and alumni can assist. We truly do appreciate any donations and assistance. Below, we have provided various options for how you can help.

Gift Card/Large Prize Donations:

It is our hope to provide each senior with a gift valued at $25 or more and the opportunity to win large prizes, such as Refrigerators, Televisions, Microwaves, Coffee Makers, Air Fryers, Sporting Event Tickets, Concert Tickets, etc. To ensure this, we are asking to have these large items donated. In lieu of donations, a cash gift can also be made to defray the cost of any item(s) that must be purchased. The following are suggested items for your consideration:

Mini-fridges, Microwaves, Lamps, Coffee Makers, Futons, Cozy Chairs
Fans, Dorm Carpets, Bedding, Backpacks
Dorm items (towels, alarm clock, etc.)
Misc. gift cards (Best Buy, Target, etc.)

You can also purchase and donate gift cards (Valued at $25 or more) through the SCRIP program to save on your own tuition. Contact Sr. Pat, peeckhout@delasallehs.com for more information.

If you can donate, please label your gift, “SENIOR ALL NIGHT PARTY” with your student’s last name on it, and drop it off in the main office. If it is a gift card/cash, please turn it in to the main office in an envelope with the same labels. Please ensure your name is on the donation!!

Food/ Beverage/Supply Donations:

We are seeking food and beverage donations, such as bottled water, cookies, snacks, and chips. Additionally, we are seeking paper products, decorations, and supplies. Cost: $200 per couple. $100 single ticket
Boarding times: 6- 6:50 p.m…the crew will not wait please arrive on time-
Cruising: 7-10 p.m.
Dinner and dancing and a cruise are included in the price.
